拨号&网速不稳定 #114

最近我用H5661 极1S 刷了提供的固件，刷入后或reset后的当天和第二天还算比较稳定，第三天开始就出现不定期的掉线，联线后出现网速不稳定的情况。今日google后发现提到ISP的状态和路由器内部的状态不一致https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/11681#comment:1， 针对我们的情况，是否有解决办法？

seems the issue come from ISP, they changed the interface of cable line
