feat: allow multiples of the same crypto

closes #115

instead of storing tickers as name, store them with appending numbers to help people run multiple separate bots for the same crypto in one instance of the app.

• [x] change id of bots stored in watcher
• [ ] change how the db is updated with multiple of the same name

with https://github.com/rssnyder/discord-stock-ticker/pull/118 we have the label func that creates the "id" for each ticker. we can use this func to create the labals going forward. i am going to close this PR and come back to it later with a different mindset.
