Support for translateZ #109

Added support for translateZ. Started respecting $.fx.off setting ( http://api.jquery.com/jquery.fx.off/ ).

Tested in Chrome 24 as well as iOS 6.0.1

I know, saw it too late :D Anyhow, seems like this project isn't supported anymore, and no pull requests are being merged at all. Time for a real fork? :)
