position slim progress bar #233

Is there a way to position the slim progress bar. I'd like to have it right under my navigation menu, but it automatically appears on top of it.

And also, the spinner is in front of my avatar pic. That's another reason why I'd like it to be below the navigation bar.

I just look at the docs and saw I can position it by referencing it's parent. Closing issue.
