We are awfully close to this already. Maybe in a few places, on the next iteration, we should formally adopt this structure?

One of my favorite ways to teach programming is using "I do, we do, you do":

1️⃣ I DO: Learners close their laptops to a 45 degree angle, and watch me live code and narrate my thought process. We discuss any questions.

2️⃣ WE DO: Learners open their laptops and we code along, doing the same exercise together. More discussion as questions arise!

3️⃣ YOU DO: Learners work independently (or in small groups) to do the same exercise, followed by related exercises of increasing complexity, while I circulate the room.

Bonus: stop by the learners who grok the material fastest first. If they're lost, adjust & re-teach!
