Alarms N Services Null pointer fix #117

Hi, when you first select wakelocks and then alarms or services, the code throws null pointer exception. Please refer the fix in ServicesFragment.java and AlarmsFragment.java I was not able to create a proper pull request, sorry about that

I can't tell what the fix actually is, and can't accept this PR with such a massive number of changes.
