I only seem to get this when trying waking my Samsung S5 via either the power or home buttons, it take a good 10+ seconds before I can swipe & enter the unlock pattern.
I have gone through every wakelock, alarm and service to see if there any that have battery, screen in the name to see if I have inadvertently limited one that would explain the lag, but nada.
Whats gets me is if the phone is lever over night, not connected to a charger its fine, but connect to a charge and leave for an hour or so and I get massive lag on waking up the device.
I am running Pheonix rom 12.6, along with greenify (Only limited users apps with this), I also install better battery stats in-case I need to get create a dumpfile for Ryan etc.
