Chinese simplified locale code #94

Please consider modify the locale code "values-zh" to "values-zh-rCN", because the "zh" one is Chinese simplified whose locale code is zh-rCN.

I believe that renaming -zh to -zh-rCN, it will give the English version to everyone with just -zh on their phone. I don't know the specifics of the Chinese locales, so wanted to "play it safe" by setting one of the translations to -zh. That makes it so anyone with a less specific -zh-* setting will receive at least the simplified version.

Doest that make sense?
