- [ ] a - Unsynchronisation
- [X] b - Extended header (read/write)
- [X] c - Experimental indicator
ID3v2.4.0
- [ ] a - Unsynchronisation
- [X] b - Extended header (read/write)
- [X] c - Experimental indicator
- [ ] d - Footer present

This is no longer a real limitation. Most common flags are supported.
