AdSense Ads take a long time to show up or don't show up at all #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Google AdSense with LazyLoad plugin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see an ad, but instead see the blank space instead. In some cases, 
there isn't even a place holder, while in other cases the ads load fairly 
quickly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
The adsense ad didn't even load in the example on the main project website: 
http://great-quotes.com/static/images/lazy-ad.jpg

Text ads of Google AdSense seem to load every time that I have seen.

AdSense ads are loading fine for me using this plugin, on Windows 7 (test) and 
Linux (production).

Have you tested your AdSense ads not using this plugin, just to see if they 
display at all?
