Video/audio should be started in paused mode #106

Video/audio should be started in paused mode, or at least be optional. I cannot
find anything about this in the preferences or within settings found in
gconf-editor.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to this page:
http://web.me.com/degenaro/Blog/Say_What/Entries/2010/2/27_A_bunch_of_A_B_C_D.ht
ml

2. All audio tracks start playing at the same time (10 of them)...

What is the expected output?

I would like all audio/video to start in paused mode. Then I can selectively
start the ones I want to hear/watch.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v0.9.9.2-1 on Debian Sid

The mode the media is started in, is similar to what is done on the same site
on other OSs. The media is started by default, but if the site says to wait to
load it, then the plugin does this.

I believe this site is just poorly designed.

I will take a patch if you will provide one.

Sorry this took so long, but finally found and fixed this issue in
gnome-mplayer SVN r2223 (gnome-mplayer 1.0.6b1)
