Error encountered, bailing. Network state unknown. Review successful transactions manually. Error: The contract code couldn't be stored, please check your gas amount. changing gas in truffle doesnot help

@charry1729 maybe the active account has just run out of ether which is why the deploy can't be paid with gas?
