I can't see the reminder #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put the details - date, subject and time
2.Hit on button "save"
3. the reminder doesn't get saved

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I dont see any new entry. 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

using the latest version.Windows XP. 
Please provide any additional information below.
