Chrome opens with Remind Me Options in Tab2 #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open first instance of browser 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should open only my homepage but instead opens homepage in tab 1 and 
displays Remind Me options in Tab2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.0

This is a Windows 7 system.

This is happening because these is a new option that is not set. 

Please set the option for Visual Alert and "save". The options page will not 
open 
automatically after that.

I have removed and reinstalled Chrome so many times with no support. When 
opening Chrome the "Remind me Option" page comes up and freezes the computer. 
FRUSTRATING!
