Consider splitting M'shelle Manager into two personas #3

I'm not sure how fine grained you want to go with the personas, but I think that there's a difference between a team lead who wants targeted training for their team, and a learning program manager (not sure of the exact jargon) at a large company who organizes large-scale training programs.

From chatting with sales people: apparently the most popular term is "Learning and development manager".
