What is OMDb and why is it needed? #27

The README should explain why one needs to set up OMDb.

Now that I've looked up what this is (the API for The Open Movie Database) I think we should rig whatever .Rmd uses it to fail gracefully without it.

Because this just seems like a weird ask if someone wants to build the book. Installing a whole lot of R packages? That seems fair. But there should be a way to bypass OMDb. So this would become a recommendation but not a requirement.
