Streamline pre-conference communication to TAs and participants #17

Would be helpful to communicate with TAs ahead of time according to a somewhat universal timetable

Also for participants:

  1. When to release basic landing page for workshops, minimal content:
    • Link to pre-workshop self assessment quiz
    • Basic schedule for 2 days (see issue #11)
    • Link to a gitter chat room so participants can start discussing and meeting each other (linked to your github repo)
  2. When to post thread with on community.rstudio.com / email registered participants
