Request - New Header and Footer Images for Rebranding/Posit #23

I am not sure how to go about getting these images updated.
I will need to replace the old RStudio header/footer with Posit - if that is the proposed plan - for our Pro Tips on docs.rstudio.com and the corresponding pdfs.

Hi @AshleyHenry15, The header block was created from the template images in https://github.com/rstudio/cs_protips/tree/main/header%20graphics. I used the keynote file "header generator.key" to place the title.png, hex, and tag line I wanted on the background color. I then saved the file as pro_tips_pins.png in the /template_files directory of protip.
The footer file is also in the /template_files directory. If you need a hand swapping out the images once we get the new graphics, LMK.
