feat: make pm pst job image configurable #538

fixes #537

I have also added the new values to the all-values.yaml file, although I do not know what this file is for. I guess its for automated testing? Let me know if I need to change anything :)

If I understand the CONTRIBUTION.md correctly, the README.md (helm-docs) and version bump are created by CI, am I right?
