After a miserable experience w/Stickermule trying to produce the Boston useR sticker, I thought I'd write up my two tips. In the process, I noticed that stickermule.md was just dangling so I created a link in readme.md. Plus stickermule.md talks only about Stickermule so I changed the initial heading from 'File' to 'Stickermule'.
