learnr LTI tool provider #121

We would like to integrate Learnr tutorials within an LMS (Moodle). Is there a way to use Learnr as an LTI tool provider?

I'm sure it can be done since tutorials can be hosted in a iframe. I don't know all of the details of LTI, but learnr does have quite a few hooks aimed at hosting environments. For documentation see: https://rstudio.github.io/learnr/publishing.html#hosting_services
