Updated Description / Support for Spark 3 #48

LazyData: true seems to be the only indication as to why mleap has been removed from CRAN.

There is no data/ folder so we can omit this and avoid the note occurring.

@kevinykuo would be great to see this back on CRAN.

Seems like a number of changes to Travis CI build are required - I can't quite see the logs to progress much further.

Currently this is impacting mlflow.
