Can't use an RSConnect board when Connect is on a path #446

As per our slack conversation.

If Connect is hosted on a path on a host instead of the base url, pins won't be able to figure out how to talk to it.

eg. "colorado.example.com/rsc" won't work and will result in a 404, but "connect.example.com" will work fine.
