Documentation for `pin_read()` still references old versioning vignette #500

The documentation for pin_read() says this:

But the versioning vignette is no longer and now versioning is addressed in the main vignette. Maybe point to the main vignette?

I'm going to inherit this param so actually I might prefer if it was more descriptive and self-contained, and didn't point to the pins vignette.
