Build website with last Pandoc 2.15 #15

Try to fix the issue in deploy

Pandoc 2.11.2 introduced a --self-contained change that was transforming everything to DATA URI. It has been fixed in Pandoc 2.15 where CSS and JS are inline and not encoded.
