Add a ML example #116

A ML example to demo vetiver would be a good addition. However it's important to note that moving to Workbench won't magically solve performance issues without considering the specs of the actual machine though.

I have a very simple ML example (in Python) based on the Palmer Penguin data set. Originally I did not get Vetiver to work, but will try again.
