I don't think the documentation is enough to show what could be done and how it could be done regarding revealjs option: https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown/reveal-js-options.html
Specifically because the reveal.js doc about config options (https://revealjs.com/config/) is now too recent with our version of reveal.js
Maybe it is necessary to maintain a page with the option and example on how to set them.
