quote things that are seen as mistakes #896

Before this change, we saw the notes:

  Possibly misspelled words in DESCRIPTION:
    RPubs (4:9)
    io (3:64)
    shinyapps (3:54)
  The Title field should be in title case. Current version is:
  'Deploy Docs, Apps, and APIs to Posit Connect, shinyapps.io, and RPubs'
  In title case that is:
  'Deploy Docs, Apps, and APIs to Posit Connect, Shinyapps.io, and RPubs'
