Vim keybindings in console pane #15230

I'd be surprised if this hadn't been requested before, but I couldn't spot it anywhere here.

It would be amazing to have vim keybindings available in the console pane (turning on vim keybindings currently only enables them in the script/source pane).

@stevecondylios Thank you for the enhancement request! I'll mark it for review. Also, as far as I can tell, I believe that this truly is the first time this has been requested, going by the vim label (alongside your search).

I just jumped into the "wish I could use vim key mappings in the console" rabbit hole and found myself here. I'd like to see it too, so there's at least two of us. :)
