Fixing this will be tough since it looks like yet another "fun" issue with display drivers / OpenGL. Interestingly though, I have the exact same graphics cards in my machine and have never seen this crash.
Are you using RStudio with an external monitor? Anything unique about your system configuration that you can think of?
... does updating to macOS 10.14.5 make a difference?

I just updated to 10.14.5, I'll report back if the crash persists.
Been on 10.14.5 for two days now, no crashes yet. I'll leave this open for another day or two for more testing, and maybe then we can just close with the advice that people upgrade if they see this?
I have not seen this since updating to 10.14.5, I have no idea what the problem was but it seems to be gone? Close if you want to!

I originally thought this was part of #4876, because we were using the same MacOS version, but the crash reports look different, so I'm opening this as a new issue.
If I have an RStudio session open when I put my computer to sleep, and leave it asleep for about 1 hour or more, about 80% of the time after coming back and waking it up RStudio crashes and I am left with the crash log below.
Daily RStudio build: v1.3.220 MacOS 10.14.4
