Rstudio, Windows 10, VIM-mode, language-switch, arrow keys stop working #5583

Using RStudio Version 1.2.1335 on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise build 17134.

When entering text in VIM mode in an R script pane (could be a new one or an opened file), switching keyboard input language (using the Windows Key - Spacebar shortcut) renders the arrow keys inoperable, as well as the Esc key.

Workaround: Alt-tab to another window, return to RStudio. Everything works fine.

Don't know who fixed it or when, but in 1.4.1103 it is fixed.
