Better networkd3 sankey desc #181

This adds some verbiage to 150-networkD3-sankey that explains the relationship between the inputs on the the page and the Sankey plot, as suggested by @wch.

We need to merge https://github.com/rstudio/shiny/pull/2737 before this will work, right?

No, it should work now. It has its own hokey markdown thing that works for the example.
