(Re)publishing shows issues in files not part of the Shiny app #434

Hi I don't know if this is a bug or a feature. If I republish my shiny app to the shiny.io, I get a message that their are issues with a file that is not part of the app itself but resides in the local directory. I do not publish this file (not marked). It is no problem, but it would be probably better, if the publishing process only checks those files that are really published. CHeers Renger
