Broken link in install README #83

Hello shiny developers, Writing to report a broken link in the README for installing shiny-server from source. This is the current broken link: https://github.com/rstudio/shiny-server/tree/binaries#configuration and this is the text that refers to it: "At this point, you should be able to follow the Configuration section of the README to begin serving some Shiny applications."

Other than that, great instructions thank you. I managed to install shiny-server on Debian wheezy 32-bit, including getting an updated cmake using those instructions.

Best,Shraddha Pai

Another broken link on the same page: If your distribution does not use upstart, you'll likely need to create an init.d script for Shiny Server. We provide some init.d scripts here that may serve as a useful guide for you, but they may need some modification to work as expected on your distribution.

The word here should refer to https://github.com/rstudio/shiny-server/tree/master/config/init.d
