Describe the problem in detail

I have created a shiny app that I wish to add Google Analytics tracking to. I have added the script in HTML form as described here, which works when I run the app locally. However, I have deployed the app to shinyapps.io and configured the Google Analytics data stream to receive from the https URL, however the data only update when I run locally, and does not collect from the website.

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post this on. however no community responses have been left for any of these forums.
