Should I report misssing packages here? #3750

I would like to report that urca package is not available for use. Also, I was able to install it by adding install.packages("urca", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org") to server.R file.

Hello, Shiny does not depend on this package. Why are you reporting this?
