Example "06_tabsets" errors, requires {bslib} version higher than in DESCRIPTION #4080

In DESCRIPTION, the {bslib} version required is claimed to be 0.3

When trying to runExample("06_tabsets"), it tries to use a function navset_card_underline() that isn't available before bslib 0.6
