GHA: Linux builds only: 048-including-html-text-and-markdown-files: shinytest failing with text spacing #110

This issue is only with Linux builds (all R versions)

Check the following shinytest snapshots of 048-including-html-text-and-markdown-files app. Notice that the word "not" in the bottom right paragraph has a minor spacing/pixel difference in the old vs new snapshots

Diff
