GHA: Linux builds only: 150-networkD3-sankey: Header title not bold #111

This issue is only with Linux builds (all R versions).

Check the following shinytest snapshots of 150-networkD3-sankey app. Notice the header title is bold in the old snapshot and not in the new snapshot..

NEW: 150-networkD3-sankey-new

Chatted with Winston. When he tested on the Docker machine, he saw the title text is bold as expected. Accepted the new changes as its a minor issue.
