2. Single and Multiple Select dropdowns - selected item highlight color is not dark enough

Side note or question: On windows builds, I noticed the font style is different (not cursive) compared to other OS/browsers/R versions. Is this expected?

For ex: Win-3 6-303-bslib-html-template-font-style-not cursive

I could not repro the windows font style issue when checked manually with R4.0 and R3.6 versions. So, never mind on it.
