According to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j1k5NGvFjFWnH-8Kyk-luBC2PQucnYMa1uyc9S_ohjY/edit#gid=1218553365, Shalu and I worked on assessing/reviewing the apps that need or need not to be manually tested (based on shinyjster/shinytest coverage or the complexity/functionality of the app)
This PR includes updating some selected apps to be removed or added to the manual check list to work with the shinycoreci functions (for ex: test_in_connect()) (which requires removing or adding a comment line that indicates an app is a manual app)
