Only test 193 on mac rel. Enforce no extra folders in 193,301,302 #182

193 general reactlog functionality is covered in 190, 191 on all platforms / R versions.

193 is consistently failing on minor, false-positive differences. Since the app is to make sure the reactlog behavior is being recorded (which happens on the server side), we only need to test on a single platform / R version.

Also added a test to make sure we do not have any extra -expected- folders in apps 193, 301, and 302.
