GHA: Error when displaying reactlog with apps #196

  1. Run any app for ex: hello
  2. Display the reactlog by clicking ctrl+F3 or cmd+F3

Expected: Should show the reactlog Actual: Shows the following error

Specifically with the GHA runs, all the apps around 190's are failing.
