Since 03/15/2022, most of our GHA builds are not completed due to a failure installing "r-lib/pkgdepends" toolkit (thus we dont have any of the shinycoreci-apps test running since then)
It looks like may be this is due to the recent changes from r-lib/pkgdepends repo? .. https://github.com/r-lib/pkgdepends/commits/main (from March 15 and 16, 2022).
