Add bslib testing apps #73

Adds shinytest screenshots of bs_theme_preview(theme, with_themer = F) for various theme inputs and also a manual testing app for bs_theme_preview(theme, with_themer = T) since tests for the interactive theming widget can't be easily be automated.

Merging in a broken state so that we can manually test 300 (we'll update the shinytest baselines later on)
