Musing: new section in the gh-pages website (instead of scattering the new features throughout) #210

MECHANICS (new GH pages section)

a complement to the programmatic hints and code examples given in "Structure" (these were mostly in the "Dynamic content" subsections)

For example, you'd learn:

how to start with things expanded, selected, etc
how to use the "automatic" inputs:
- turn your static sidebarMenu()s into a Shiny input that you can use in the server function
- take advantage of the sidebarCollapsed and sidebarItemExpanded "automatic" inputs
(I'm sure there's more)
