Support the Sketchy theme #8

Any chance to add support of the Sketchy theme https://bootswatch.com/sketchy/? Thanks!

Sorry, not yet. Shiny still uses Bootstrap 3 but Sketchy is only available for Bootstrap 4. We're planning on updating Shiny to use Bootstrap 4, and once we do that, then we can add Sketchy.
