VSCode extension and keyboard shortcuts #138

This PR has large amounts of low-level changes including a project structure refactor to a monorepo setup. However, the user facing changes amount to a new way of using the editor: as a VSCode extension, and the addition of keyboard shortcuts for deleting elements and undoing/redoing changes.
