Documentation anchors not working #154

Describe the problem

If I link to a specific anchor on the HTML page of the documentation, somehow a trailing slash is appended upon page load, invalidating the link.

Example: https://rstudio.github.io/thematic/#shiny redirects to https://rstudio.github.io/thematic/#shiny/

Thanks! There's a small bug in the javascript used by the pkgdown template; I submitted a fix but the fix might take a little bit to arrive in thematic.
