using `board_url` with vetiver #104

The hope is to use pins.board_url for model cards, but it is currently not since vetiver requires a version.

Pins will be adding this capability! Tracking in https://github.com/rstudio/pins-python/pull/147

Pins PR is merged, and this does indeed "just work" now!
